Adult material or sites that contain hyperlinks directing users to any pornographic websites will be removed and no longer hosted through our servers. Also, sites that participate in illegal activities such as trafficking in obscene materials, drugs, or other topics prohibited under Federal Law will be shut down at once, and proper legal action will be taken.

Fraud:

Sites that purposely encourage fraudulent activity, or serve to defraud users on the Internet will be in violation of our terms of service, and will be shut down. Likewise, sites that serve to impersonate or forge the identity of others will be in violation of our conditions for use.

Security:

Sites infringing on the security systems of others or found to have purposely sent damaging viruses or worms will be immediately removed from our servers.

Hacking:

Sites that promote or exchange this kind of information or other subject matter related to hostile hacking capabilities will be instantly removed from our servers. IRC hacking/etc.

MP3:

At this time we do not allow the uploading of mp3s files to our Servers.

Miscellaneous:

Sites that encourage illegal or racist activity are in direct violation of our terms and will result in immediate removal from our servers. Defamation, threatening or posting of private information without consent is strictly prohibited.

Passwords and Security:

All customers are solely responsible for the safe storage and access to passwords and other logins. Cardsites keep your information secure, we ask that you do the same.

Each account comes with a control panel that allows each customer to make backup copies of crucial account information. It is imperative that each customer takes the initiative to ensure their files are backed up as much as they see fit. It is solely your responsibility to maintain local copies of your website content and any information on your account(s) including but not limited to website, email, databases, mailing lists, and archives. Bandwidth:

Customers agree that if they are outside of their monthly bandwidth usage on any plans they will be billed in excess of that. Customers will be billed 1.50 per GB exceeding bandwidth usage. The CPanel control lets you easily monitor your monthly banwidth usage.
